Why us?
Fail Safe Is The Only Company That Test Ladders Standing At 75 Degrees
The IFSTA manual and the NFPA 1932 Standard states that the proper climbing angle for ground ladders is 75 degrees. FailSafe loads and tests the ladders at this same angle. All other companies test ground ladders at 0 degrees (flat) which disregards the columnar compressive load ladders experience when used in service.
On Site Ladder Repair
We are a sole source vendor with the ability to perform onsite ground ladder repairs, thus reducing the time that a damaged ladder is out of service. We test over 120,000 feet of ground ladders each year and perform thousands of repairs including rung, hook, pawl, and feet replacements, and minor repairs such as replacing rivets and cleaning the locks.
We Come To You
Our provide mobile testing as well as ground ladder testing at the convinience of your location. It is no longer needed to take your apparatus to a local pond, lake, river, or finding a neighboring agency with a draft pit. We keep your apparatus in your district so you can respond to emergencies.
We Provide Pump Testing With Clean Cool Water
No more wasting thousands of gallons of water. We provide clean cool recycled water for your pump. Our testing methods allow us to recycle the water making us a green compliant company.
Electronic And Hardcopy Reports For Easy Record Keeping
Reports are provided both by hardcopy and electronically via a safe secure website. If you ever lose your hardcopy, its as easy as logging in and printing out another report.
